He is also the Vice Chairman of the Chinese Renewable Energy Society, the Director of the Hydrogen Energy Professional Committee, the Deputy Director of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Hydrogen Energy Technology, a member of the General Expert Group of the key special project on "Renewable Energy and Hydrogen Energy" during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the Chinese representative of the Executive Committee of IEA Hydrogen TCP, and an Honorary Council Member of the International Association for Hydrogen Energy.He has long been engaged in the research of hydrogen energy and energy storage technologies. He has successively presided over and completed the research of more than 30 national and local projects. He has won 3 first prizes, 10 second prizes and 4 third prizes at the provincial and ministerial levels, obtained more than 300 patents, published more than 200 articles, and took the lead in formulating 3 national standards for solid-state hydrogen storage. He is an expert enjoying the special allowance of the State Council, was selected into the "New Century Talents Project for One Hundred, One Thousand and Ten Thousand Talents", and is a leading talent in science and technology in Beijing.
